Welcome to Tenthify. We act as the **Data Processor** for the surveys you create, while you retain status as the **Data Controller**.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account info (Email, Name, Country) and survey data. For the 'Survey Runner', we utilize anonymous authentication tokens to secure database connections. We capture geolocation only when explicitly enabled by the creator and consented to by the respondent.
2. AI & Sub-Processors
We utilize **Google Cloud Vertex AI** (Gemini & Imagen) as a sub-processor. Text prompts and uploaded documents (PDFs) are transmitted to Google Cloud for processing. Data sent to our enterprise AI models is **not** used to train Google's public foundation models.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
We support the 'Right to be Forgotten'. When you delete a survey, we perform a cascading hard delete, permanently removing all response data and associated media files from our servers immediately. There is no 'soft delete' or recovery period for these assets.
4. Local Storage
We use local storage to save your session, theme preferences, and to allow respondents to 'Save & Continue' their progress locally before submission.
By using Tenthify, you agree to these terms.
1. Content Ownership
You own the data you collect. However, by enabling **'Community Sharing'**, you grant Tenthify and its users a license to use your survey structure (questions, logic) as a public template. Your response data remains private.
2. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content is probabilistic and may produce inaccuracies ('Hallucinations'). You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated questions, logic, and translations before publishing. Tenthify is not liable for errors in AI-generated surveys.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to collect sensitive credentials (passwords, secret keys) or for phishing. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this policy immediately.
4. Credits & Billing
AI Credits are deducted upon content generation. Credits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs based on provider pricing.
